By participating in the Delegate.co Referral & Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before sharing your referral link.
1.1 The Program is open to both Delegate.co clients and affiliates who wish to refer business owners to our remote staffing services.

1.5 Delegate.co employees, partners, and affiliates may participate but are subject to internal approval.
2.1 Referral Reward
You will earn $300 for every successful referral who completes their first full paid month with Delegate.co. We offer two ways to apply this reward:

3.1 Referrals must sign up through your unique referral link generated via HubSpot or an official Delegate.co referral portal to qualify.
3.2 If multiple affiliates refer the same contact, the reward will go to the first valid referrer as tracked by the system.
3.3 Self-referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, or referrals of employees from the same company are not eligible.
4.1 There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make, but all referrals must be genuine business owners interested in Delegate.co’s services.
4.2 Delegate.co reserves the right to deny or revoke rewards if:
4.3 Misleading, spammy, or unethical promotion of referral links is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
5.1 Delegate.co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
5.2 If the Program is discontinued, valid pending rewards for referrals who have completed their first full paid month will still be honored.
6.1 Delegate.co is not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by incorrect payment information provided by participants.
6.2 Any disputes related to this Program must be submitted in writing to Delegate.co’s support team within 30 days of the issue arising.
